Order Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@rico‑vape.com to initiate a return.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: We’ll issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions.
- Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping method and send to the address we provide.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process the refund. The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
If you’re approved for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
