Returns & Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Eligibility Requirements
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

How to Return a Product

Refunds & Exchanges

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item without additional product charges.
